Return Policy
At JB Custom Creations, we pride ourselves on creating unique, custom products tailored specifically for our customers. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any custom-made products. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
However, if you receive a product that is defective due to our manufacturing process, we will gladly replace it. To initiate a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the defect and attach a clear picture.
RMA Number: Once we review the information, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the defective product to us. Make sure to use a trackable shipping method.
Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the defective item, we will manufacture a replacement product and ship it to you at no additional cost.
